AstraZeneca Acquisition of Arrow Therapeutics Complete

Arrow Therapeutics, the London based antiviral drug discovery and development company, has today announced that the acquisition of the company by AstraZeneca has closed. The acquisition had been announced earlier this year on 1^st February, with the total share capital of Arrow Therapeutics purchased for $150m cash.
